Do you require a model release in order for clients to work with you?
No, I do not require a model release in order to work with you. If you do not want to be posted on social media or included in my online portfolio, I'm always happy to remove the model release portion from your contract.
What does your turnaround time look like?
My turnaround time is 2 - 3 weeks. I carefully hand edit each and every photo in every gallery. Art takes time!
Do you offer a location guide for clients?
Yes! I always send my clients my location guide to help choose a location for your session. All locations on my guide have been thoroughly scouted, researched, and are accessible to everyone.
Do you give your clients the option to purchase additional images?
Yes! There will be an option in your proof gallery to select your favorite images and purchase additional images if desired.
What is your rescheduling policy?
I do ask for clients to notify me at least 4 hours in advance if they do need to reschedule. I do allow one free reschedule per client / per session. If a second reschedule occurs, there is a rescheduling fee of $75.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I do. I'm always happy to come up with a payment plan that works for you.
Do you provide reshoots, revisions, or refunds?
No, I do not offer any reshoots, revisions or refunds other than in the event of a technical failure on my end.
Can I sign a partial model release instead of a full model release?
Yes! I do have the option for clients to sign a partial model release where the adults in the photos are giving me permission to post their faces online, but excluding their children's faces from being posted online. I always respect my client's wishes!
Do you offer a style guide for clients?
Yes! I have a very detailed client experience guide that includes what to expect, styling tips, recommendations, and more.
Do you give out the RAW versions of the images?
No, I do not provide the RAWs to my clients. The RAW files are untouched, unedited versions of the images I have taken. They require a lot of editing and touch ups before they are ready for use.
Can I bring my dogs to my session?
Yes, you can! I'm always happy to include your fur babies in your photos if the location allows. I just ask to bring someone else to the session (a friend or a family member) to help control your dogs and to hold the leashes. I do take a large variety of photos so having someone else there when dogs are involved is always super helpful and will make the whole session go more smoothly. Please do let me know before our session if you do plan on bringing them so we can plan accordingly!
How often do you offer mini sessions?
I usually offer spring, fall, and holiday minis. Those will be announced on my socials and on my website.
Do you offer any discounts?
I do not offer any discounts on photo sessions, but I do offer a 20% discount on prints.
Can I request for you to edit my photos in a different style?
I do not offer any other editing style other than what is represented in my portfolio. Before you request to book, please look through my portfolio to make sure you are happy with my style of editing.
